For End Users, Komunzy acts as a data processor on behalf of the Customer (who is the data controller). Komunzy's obligations regarding End User data are governed by our data processing terms with Customers. End Users with questions about how their personal data is handled should contact the relevant Customer directly.
3. Personal Data We Collect
3.1 Data You Provide Directly
When you register for an account, start a free trial, or contact us, we collect:
• Name, email address, phone number, and business name
• Billing information (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full card details)
• Account credentials and profile information
• Communications you send to us (e.g. support requests, feedback)
3.2 Data Collected Automatically
When you access the Website or Service, we automatically collect:
• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, click behaviour, and referral URLs
• Session identifiers and authentication tokens

3.3 Customer Data (End User Personal Data)
Customers upload and process personal data of their students, leads, parents, and contacts through the Service. This data may include names, contact details, enrolment information, communication history, and notes. Komunzy processes this data solely on the Customer's instructions and does not use it for its own purposes.
3.4 Data from Third Parties
We may receive limited personal data from third-party sources, including:
• Payment and billing data from Stripe
• Messaging delivery data from SMS, WhatsApp, and email carriers
• Analytics data from Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers
4. How We Use Personal Data
4.1 To Provide and Operate the Service
• Provisioning and managing your Komunzy account and Subaccount
• Processing payments and managing billing
• Delivering automation workflows, CRM functionality, and messaging features
• Providing customer support and responding to enquiries
4.2 To Improve the Service

• SMS and WhatsApp carrier partners — message delivery

All subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal data and use it only as directed by Komunzy.
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, court order, regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Komunzy, its customers, or the public.
5.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Komunzy's assets, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice before any such transfer results in a material change to this Privacy Policy.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. Customers who operate businesses serving minors (such as tuition centres and youth activity centres) are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate parental or guardian consents in place before entering minors' personal data into the Service.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website or Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties.
